ABOUT VISHAL H GUPTA & COMPANY

VISHAL H GUPTA & COMPANY is an Indian Chartered Accountants firm established in the year 2015. Since the day of its incorporation the firm’s objective has been to provide various value-added services to its clients and to assist them in achieving their stated objectives.

We at VISHAL H GUPTA & COMPANY believe in one thing i.e., to create our mark on the globe, we need to provide such services to our clients which matches international quality standards. Our main motto is to be recognised as a quality service provider which requires both efficiency and effectiveness in our work. We constantly strive to increase our quality of work while maintaining integrity of this profession.

Our Associates

Mr. Vishal Gupta is a Fellow member of ICAI and also the Founder and Manging Partner of the Firm. He is also a finalist in Company Secretary. He has also completed Certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks and Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is Graduated from Vidhyasagar University. He is one of youngest and a dynamic Chartered Accountants in Kolkata having vide range of exposure in Auditing, Banking and Direct & Indirect Taxation. He has worked with Biswajit Ray Chaudhari, Chartered Accountants and Kapoor Mehrotra & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He has been exposed to multiple Audit Assignments ranging from Manufacturing to Service Industry including the Assignments he has done so far includes Mining Industry, Iron and Steel Manufacturing Industries, Chappal Manufacturing, IMFL Manufacturing, NBFC’s, Stock & Receivable Audit of Banks, Concurrent Audit of Banks, Agency of Specialised Monitering (ASM) Audit of Banks, Lender’s Independent Engineer Reporting, Statutory Branch Audit of Banks etc.

FCA vISHAL GUPTA

Mrs. Sakshi Ghiya is an Associate member of ICAI and also a Working Partner of the Firm. She has graduated from Andhra University. Having worked as an Article Assistant with Rao & Kumar Chartered Accountants and as a Senior Associate post qualification with Price Water House and Coopers (PwC) and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte), she has the experience and credentials to handle various aspects of accounting, audit, finance and taxation for clients across diverse industries and sectors. Her core assignments in the field of auditing include Manufacturing industry, IT industry, NBFC’s, Statutory Branch Audit of Banks, internal audit of Private and Public Companies, etc.

ACA SAKSHI GHIYA

Mr. Saurabh Malpani is an Associate member of ICAI and also a Working Partner of the Firm. He has over than 10 years of experience in successfully handling a multitude of diverse assignments during his professional career, some of which are assignments relating to: Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Taxation, Management and Systems Audits, Bank Audits, Business & Management Consultancy, Financial and Tax Planning/ Structuring, Company Law matters and preparation of techno-economic feasibility reports and CMA Data.

ACA SAURABH MALPANI

Mr. Anuj Musaddi is a member of ICAI. He has graduated from St. Xaviers College, Calcutta. He is a dynamic Chartered Accountant in Kolkata having vide range of exposure in Direct Taxation, Auditing & Indirect Taxation. He has worked with Ernst & Young (EY) for 8 years in Direct Taxation. He has been exposed to multiple Audit and Taxation assignments ranging from Manufacturing to Service Industry including the assignments he has done so far includes Mining Industry, Iron and Steel Manufacturing Industries, NBFCs, etc.
